However, Amit Mishra hat-trick came soon enough when he removed Ravi Teja, Pragyan Ojha, and RP Singh within the first three balls of the final over. His 5-17 in 4 overs is the record for the most hat tricks in IPL.

Deccan Chargers vs. Kings XI Punjab (21st May 2011)

The second Amit Mishra hat-trick was three years later when he was playing for Deccan Chargers. In the sixteenth over, Mishra bowled out Ryan McLaren, Mandeep Singh, and Ryan Harris and got KXIP down from 102/5 to 102/8. Eventually, Punjab got bowled out for 116 runs in 19 overs. Deccan won by 82 runs, and he kept his record of the most hat tricks in IPL intact.

Pune Warriors vs. Sunrisers Hyderabad (17th April 2013)

The best hat-tricks in IPL by Amit Mishra were against Pune Warriors back in 2013. He took three wickets in one row and did not let Sunrisers Hyderabad win against a target as low as 120. In fact, the Sunrisers defended their lowly 119 so well that Pune wrapped up the innings for 108. Furthermore, Mishra made 30 runs off 24 balls, and was given the title of Man of the Match, and upheld his record for the most hat tricks in IPL.

Kings XI Punjab vs. Royal Challengers Bangalore (1st May 2009)

Yuvraj Singh is one of the players with the most hat-tricks in IPL history. He removed Kallis and Uthappa off two consecutive deliveries to stop their partnership at 42 runs. He came back in the next over and bowled Mark Boucher within the first ball of the next over and completed his hat-trick. Furthermore, Yuvraj Singh and Karan Goel laid a solid partnership by hitting 50 off just 34 balls, though KXIP failed to secure a win against RCB even after all this effort.

Kings XI Punjab vs. Deccan Chargers (17th May 2009)

Another Yuvraj Singh hat-trick came in the same season of the IPL. Punjab was defending a run of 135, and it was the 13th over when he dismissed Herschelle Gibbs off the last ball of his 12th over. In the 14th over, he scalped Andrew Symonds with the first ball and took the wicket of Venugopal Rao in the next ball. It made the middle order of Deccan collapse, and Punjab won the match.
